Ok, ok. So not exactly ‘off grid’ as defined by the Oxford English but these past few months I’ve blogged less and less. Until last month… when I didn’t publish a blog post at all.
I haven’t fallen out with blogging or social media in any way. I still get instagram related thumb cramp like the best of them. I’ve just been taking some time back for me and chilling out. Since falling pregnant this time around I can totally appreciate the ‘constantly exhausted pigeon’ meme doing the rounds on Facebook. Read more
WARNING – **Daddy – This post contains spoilers**

Do you remember Julia?
She was my blogger advent door number 8…
Julia has been writing her Five Under 5 posts monthly since September. I’ve loved reading them and have even picked up a few of the items that Julia has liked… and Little Miss Vista just adores the Paperchase ‘Bambi’ we got after seeing it in November’s post… even if the one we picked up happens to be a drunk and refuses to stand up!
Her posts were so popular and she enjoyed researching and writing them SO much, that Julia has turned this recurrent blog post into a Linky!
Sadly, I’m too late with my post this month to link up – but I love the posts SO much, I thought I’d join in anyway.
A lot of the frivolous items that my family and I pick up tend to be under £5 because we’re on a bit of a budget. Not as tight as it used to be but we’ve learned to rein in the expenses. Some of our luxuries are often worth more than a fiver but we just get them from the ‘right’ places.
